I updated the newest version as you indicated.
I select the file Eapp.bin and click on upgrade.
On the box the update process is signalled and at the end the message appears:
‘Upload successfully,please reboot the device to update the system.’
Then I click ‘ok’ and reboot the box.
After a few minutes I go into the box and see that the new update is not in the box.
It is still

Obviously the box does not install the new upgrade instead of the message ‘Upload successfully,…’
What can I do to get the new upgrade into the box? I have also tried with ’ Restore to factory default settings but keep network settings’,
but the behaviour of the box was still the same.
Is a CMOS battery inside, which is perhaps empty, so that the box doesn’t take the upgrade?
