Fmuser support is not reacting! no solution for faulty device!

I am so angry about your support.
I try for month to get any solution for my faulty fbe200!!!
No reaction anymore for weeks and still no connection to the device under the standard IP!!!
Pleas be so kind to give me a solution to make my device useable!!
As it looks like the device needs exchange!!
Once more I want to tell you that you are responsible for the functionality of the product for 1 year after sale!!
If it is not possible to repair, which is the case, you need to exchange!!! You are selling to the EU so you have to keep EU law!!!
