What causes this error "FPS Bitrate should be an integer in 5-60!"

I want to set FPS to 30 and Bitrate to 4,000 kbps for 720p. When I applied the changes, it gave me this error. What caused the error?

My dear friend

This is caused by the FPS setting value exceeding 60 or not being an integer.
Check again if there are any settings errors in Ext media and 3rd media, and then reapply them.

This also occurs when the FPS option is set to non numeric

I checked. both 30 for FPS and 4000 for bitrate are integers!
If I set FPS to 25 and it would work for either 2000 or 4000 bitrates. Same for main, ext or 3rd.

Try 4096 for the Bitrate.

Even though 4000 is an integer for math, it’s best to stay with multiples of 2 for all things based on Binary systems… So, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, etc

I’ve run in to similar ‘integer’ errors on other brands products.

Found out the input video frame rate was actually 29.97 fps. That was why the encoder would not accept 30 fps and sent out this "“FPS Bitrate should be an integer in 5-60!”. Wish the error message was more accurate in stating the problem…
