In theory, it can be used, but I haven’t tested it yet.
If you want HLS to streaming to youtube, you also need to have an Internet IP (DDNS).
It’s going to be a lot more complicated than RTMP.

Yes, because RTMP does not support h265.
Or wait for YouTube to support the SRT protocol.
